It's hard to do service on a 404 mile flight from MCO-ATL on a 193 seat A321. On most of my recent MCO-ATL flights they have not gotten to everyone. I think the biggest problem is DL brings the full cart out. I flew on WN one time from HOU-DAL a few years ago and a drink service was provided but WN doesn't brink the cart out, instead comes by and takes your order. They actually took our drink order before we took off. Now I know why WN says it's all First Class on their flights.
