On the way out this morning, they asked how my stay was. I told them I was disappointed by the way overnight customers that had paid for parking were treated. They did take off the parking charge for the one night. They agreed that reserving enough spaces for known paid guests was a good idea.
My bill for three nights in this corporate area hotel was over $700. I usually stay here or the ES just down the road that has mandatory valet parking. I have always been happy with service and the properties even though they are on the expensive end for the hotels I use. It is one of the things that surprised me. They have been very good with the little details that make a stay pleasant.
