I don't see why you should. IIRC, full service Hilton does not have 100% satisfaction guarantee like some of the lower brands in the program do. This would certainly have been a situation to invoke the satisfaction guarantee had it been a brand at which that applies, but what do to do at a FS Hilton without such a guarantee?
(And what to think now of FS Hilton not having such a guarantee when Hamptons do?)
