Like I have said before, if a PAX has enough, even in a promising situation such as that, that's their prerogative. Just don't complain that it's somehow the airline's fault for the personal decisions you've made. Own up to your mistakes. Then you'll have credibility for placing any extra blame on the airline.

No prize? Well in this case there was, but clearly it wasn't viewed as such.

If you think calling them stunts is ridiculous, fine. Doesn't make it any less correct.

No one got "screwed", but that kind of attitude towards the business will tend to reap service in the same likeness. You make my life difficult, and I won't be as eager to give you my best.
