Add me to the list of "why breakfast?"

On the inbound transatlantic flights that arrive into the US during the afternoon, the second meals have been cold plate or chicken salad etc, so why UA continue to serve breakfast on those transpacific flights (both directions) with afternoon arrival is beyond me.
