Why in the world would anyone use a middleman?

I don't use priceline to book with DL, I'm certainly not going to use DL to book Hertz or Hilton. Stop asking!

The exception is when I go to a conference, the conference site usually has all the rooms blocked so I'm forced to use them. Guess what - have had to beg for my points twice this year, one still unresolved.

Simple - airline ticket, delta.com; car, hertz.com;hotel, SPG.com
