The local tourism bureaucrat is at best disingenuous. The lure of the destination is alcohol-fueled cheap holidays.

The problems on inbound aircraft are the product of the region's marketing. Cut out the liquor on the ground and the problem goes away. But, of course the tourism authority won't look at itself in a mirror.
