How did you get this message? Business plats do not have the confirmation letter. Did you complete MS and not receive the bonus or did you enquire? Citi CSRs are notoriously incompetent and give out wrong info.
IF this is correct, it would be a change of the rules. So far, business cards 1/24 is separate from consumer 1/24. I've opened Business Aadvantage platinum cards for my wife and I and in both cases we got the bonus, despite having churned through multiple personal plats quite recently. We will need more datapoints.
