Crediting segments to different FF programs and using OW benefits?

So I have OW Sapphire (soon to be Emerald) on AA, and I am flying CX/KA soon.

For the booking code I am likely to book, the earning rate for AA will be 0%.

Is there any way to use my OW benefits even if my AA FF number isn't explicitly on the ticket, like showing my AA membership card?

Also, since my segments are split between CX and KA, can I credit these to different FF programs, since CX earning is 50% on Alaska and KA earning is 25% on BA?
