PS.. I've booked a few complicated itineraries (really only 3 city multicity) on American in the past few years, and their agents were much more helpful than the UA Agents... I've talked to 2 agents this morning, and both were very unhelpful.. It seemed like they would do anything to get off the phone with me as they didn't want to deal w/ a complicated itinerary, where the AA agents seemed to relish the challenge of a complex itinerary
