My carry on is Briggs & Riley because in theory i wont lose it and I value the pocket design etc. It will last a lifetime.
Check in luggage is as cheap as I can find. A lifetime warranty isn't much use when it gets lost.
We've moved to using all B&R luggage including the ones we checked. My main bag has about 50K flight miles and seems to be holding up well. No repairs so far.
If anyone flies through ORD with any regularity, PM me as there is a very good B&R reseller (sells on a minimum 15% discount) here who is fairly close to ORD.
