I see we estimate time somewhat differently.
While NRT is extremely efficient and transfer security shouldn't take that long, I would deduct more than 1 hour from your 8 hours to transfer, have food in the lounge and take a shower. Plus, you want to take a nap.
I am in the ANA lounges frequently (twice in the last 3 weeks and a few weeks before that).
You can go to the back of the lounge near gate 52. As I posted in the lounge thread earlier, there are 3 cubicles at the back, one with a lounge chair and the other 2 with massage chairs. If the lounge is empty, staff may leave you alone for a while. Once the crowds roll in, should others want those cubicles, you may have to move. I see people napping in some of the chairs in the back section as it is quieter there than the front section.

I prefer the lounge as it's clean, relatively quiet, there is great seating and plenty of work space.
