Is OP sure theyre going from AMS to DTW. Could they be booked as KL6143 from FRA and assuming that they connect in AMS? KL6143 is a codeshare with DL and it has a 75 min MCT in DTW. There's also a 75 min connection between it and the next flight to LAS.

FRA is the only exception at DTW gor DL/KL flught numbers that has a 75 min MCT.
