I have managed to get toothbrushes from a few international Hilton's by calling down to the desk. Some have 'Deluxe Toothbrush Kit" which is basically due a toothbrush and a small toothpaste in a Peter Roth box.

Reallllllly minor, minute observation: I stayed in three separate UK Hilton's last week (Bath, Cardiff City, and BHX Metropole). None of these had any of the bath soap bar, only the facial soap bar. It was only a minor thing but my dearest wife really wanted the bath soap as it is slightly bigger! One of the hotels managed to hunt one down for me after quite a while, but the other two did not have any! I must admit I've never noticed if the UK Hilton's tend to offer the bath soap or not because personally I personally use the shower gel instead.
