Did your flight schedule change after you booked, or is this on separate tickets? If it is on one ticket with Delta, you should be able to call and have your connection changed to the later flight for no charge/fee.
I suspect OP's connection is actually 85 minutes, not 75 minutes as I'm not seeing any possible combinations that result in a 75 minute connection. Flight 133 arrives at 10:40AM and flight 1840 departs at 12:05PM which is a legal connection. There are a couple later non-stop options from DTW to LAS, plus numerous later connecting options.
