Towards the end of my recent BA9 to Bangkok, the CSM, along with priority lane pass, handed me an envelope addressed to me. Inside there was a had hand written card from him and his crew hoping I enjoyed the flight, thanked me for flying with BA, wished me a pleasant onward journey and hoped to see me soon.

I thought it was really nice thing to do. i assume he gave one to all gold card holders as he had a few more
