The system failed me, again. I had MAI-ORD-LAX in Nov with the ORD LAX upgraded and the MIA ORD w/l. Schedule changed and no UG's MIA-LAX. Problem is that I wasn't told of the change as the NEW system didn't convert me over for e-mail msg and I probably lost the right to get an ungrade and you DO NOT automatically get UPGRADES when your get pushed around the system like a lost bag.....

The new schedule is terrable, I could have signed up for that flight 80 days ago and had the upgrades etc. It res agent says INVMGT is looking into the matter. What say you all to whom should I request futher review!
