I have noticed this on ORD-SEA and SEA-ORD flights when the flight is a continuation (or origination) of the ORD-LHR segments.
Also, in PHX I noticed on ch. 9 that just about every other plan was "CactusXXX". I assume cactus is a nickname for America West???
