Thats literally exactly what the journalist did in the article. Set out the facts of the story. Including BAs response.
Also no need to put 'wronged' inside quotation marks unless you don't believe the story.
I realise its inconvenient not being able to directly respond to the customer on here. It makes it so much more difficult to pin the blame on them for BAs problems....
