Maybe I'm more easy to please than most but a refund of all flights plus a €500 voucher seems like a pretty fair offer to me.
A refund seems fair but why would the customers want a voucher to use with an airline that has just messed them around.
£500 cash might be fair, it could be put towards some wedding bills I'm sure.
