Quite a few Marriott hotels offer a special package with champagne. They never disclose whether it's real champagne, however.

always check every tab at booking, as sometimes special packages or member rates are a good bargain. I've come across a couple of properties offering $25 or $50 dinner credit plus bonus points for only $15 more than the general rate. That's a deal.
