Worth pointing out that the hotel is starting to lose some of its sheen...tattered carpets, loose tiles in the shower, things like that which took away from the 5* feel. Housekeeping was below average. No steam room or sauna here.
Just checked in today, and also didn't get lounge access, although I was upgraded to the corner executive floor on level 27.
Agree that the hotel starting to feel old, found some 6-7 year old hotels in better condition.
FD agent could barely speak English.
