Closing a QF account, a better way?
I have an inactive QF FFP account. No miles, no flights, nada. I tried to close the account by email to QF customer service. Can't be done, need personal details. Call us 7am-7pm AST. That's annoying for me in the USA since I called and gave up after 40 minutes on hold. What personal details do they need to close the account? Any suggestions?
