Hello,

I have 2 questions:

1) Can I put a reservation on hold online, call AA and tell them I want to use a paper voucher and then go to the airport to have it ticketed? I want to put something on hold tomorrow, and then while I am at JFK next week have it applied then, would that be ok?


2) If I don't use the entire value, what happens? Am I issued a new one? Or do I use the same one, and it only shows the available balance to the agent?
