Make a duplicate car booking in Advantage official website and found what that it only allows to view, not to modify or to cancel.

I know there is a 800 number to call, but I just feel this is definitely inconvenient, unfriendly and not acceptable.

All other major car rental website allow us to view/modify/cancel.

Anyone has a work around?
