Completed a two night stay here. I used my two free nights. Hotel felt old. Service was very good, but I was not very impressed by the room. It was alright and had a decent view but was very dated. I would never pay the rack rate for this hotel. In the future I will go with the Andaz, but on this trip they were already booked up. Finding the shuttle to go from the metro to the hotel was a bit difficult since its really just a small sign along the sidewalk saying to wait there. I pretty much always just walked to the train station except for a day going back when it was raining I decided to take the shuttle. The walk isn't that bad.
