C&E mouthwash and shower gel definitely existed, but I typically only encountered them at international properties. I don't understand why corporate doesn't dictate that all properties supply them, at least in suites and executive rooms. Hilton is an upscale, full-service brand, and the amenities should reflect that positioning. How much does a property save by holding out on shower gel? Twenty-five cents per bottle?

The ongoing shrinkage and cheapening of the PTR amenities over the years has also been an embarrassment.
