Since you are transferring miles from SPG anyway, you could transfer to BAEC and redeem JAL domestic economy for 4500 or 7500 avios one-way. Much cheaper than a cash fare, assuming there is award availability.
OP has to wait till award inventory opens up. It's only bookable 2 months out for general JMB members.
