But seriously, I've seen auctions where people book the travel in the auction winners name, so you dont have to transfer miles, and that costs an awful lot throught AAShareMiles plus you can only give 25000 miles.

Anyways how much would you be looking at for 25k miles? I need that to upgrade to uprade on my way home from the US this summer.
