Are the prices for travel around xmas that much higher? Otherwise advance purchase J class from Tokyo to Okinawa run as low as 11,000 JPY. I don't count for getting it that cheap, but buying it for up to 15,000-20,000 JPY shouldn't be a problem.
Thought you are flying TYO-OKA-TYO/OSA/FUK-SPK-TYO. Are you only getting TYO-OKA-TYO round trip?
