KE for certain. Your ICN-MNL flight may not have lie flat seats, but will be comfortable and is not terribly long. Your SFO/LAX-ICN flights will most definitely be lie flat. Food & Service is infinitely better on KE than MU or CZ.

If you do go with one of the others, my personal preference would be CZ over MU, CAN is a much easier airport to deal with than PVG. Also you could get an A380 (LAX) on CZ vs a 77W on MU, A380 is a much quieter plane.

I'm surprised you're looking at only Skyteam as you post status on AA and UA, is there nothing in Star or OneWorld near in terms of price? I don't know your exact dates, but I see P fares on AC, NH, and UA for about the same base fare as MU and CZ on that route. There's also JL and MH in the same range.
