I hit 3 'lifetime wish list' items this summer: Hong Kong, Australia (Perth), and Isle Royale National Park in Lake Superior.

On the wish list:
Atacama
Lebanon
Istanbul
Namibia
Polynesia
Southern Spain (doing this in October)
Iran
