I think it is not really appropriate to publish their name, since this could happen with any property.

They cleaned the clothes that may have been infected and comped 1 night. I also got a box of chocolates and an apology letter.

However, I learned that the other properties in this town are also infested by bed bugs. So moving to another property wouldn't resolve much, I assume.
