On a paid booking where I used two vouchers, and reissued once, I don't get the Print Receipt button, and using the link here shows the itinerary for a split second, then the receipt portion automatically scrolls up to hide the itinerary. Totally weird, and it happens on every browser I'm using, so I'm guessing AA does not me using the feature at all for this booking, LOL.
