Whilst I support those taking action I can also understand the bonuses to working staff, particularly where planes are leaving with minimum crew and customers who are expecting service.
Working MF staff are certainly being put in a difficult position by the airline and possibly deserve extra cash because of it. But BA is not a generous corporation to its staff and they are certainly not doing this out of the kindness of their hearts. I believe it is a deliberate attempt to divide the workforce.

I believe UK labour laws actually forbid not just other cabin crew fleets but even non-unionised MF crew from striking in solidarity with their colleagues. Hence BA's attempts to conquer by division. Not a fan of this attitude as it prevents either side from saving face and IMHO can only prolong any action.
