It's not IVL, but I do agree the runway colour/material is a bit unusual and a big clue. That's what I picked up on in your previous go at the start.
It was the tarmac colour that reminded me of TLL, not been there for about 8 years so it might not be red any more. I only recall 2 airports with red tarmac and the other has jet-bridges so its not there.
