You can access your live BA booking through the Finnair Manage Booking facility - just input last name and BA booking reference/PNR - and you can request a copy of your e-ticket which will show the fare breakdown, with taxes shown separately (even reward/redemption tickets). i followed your link and entered my last name and PNR and the details came up. I clicked on "request e_ticket receipt" and it gave me an sir saying that it couldn't retrieve my booking despite the fact that it had found it on the previous page.
Thank you all for your suggestions but this is just too ridiculous. I have always been able to find the fee and tax details but not now I have passed the breaking point with BA and just want to burn through my stash of avios.
