Hi All

I am new to AsiaMiles and is still trying to get my head around. I read the reward chart (https://www.asiamiles.com/am/en/redeem/charts) and saw below example (as to redeem One Class Upgrade Awards in Award Zone S):

One-way upgrade from Economy to Premium Economy Class: 5,000
One-way upgrade from Premium Economy to Business Class: 5,000
One-way upgrade from Economy to Business Class: 12,500

My question is, is it technically possible to upgrade your seat twice, by firstly upgrade to PE, then BC, in order to save yourself 2,500 miles? I was not sure if the rule prevents me doing so, nor do I know what challenge could arise in reality even it is theoretically possible.

Apology in advance if the question is repeated - any pointer of the old threads would be appreciated.
