I think it's reasonable to ask to have the reservations switched to another property. I don't know if they'll let you do it, as the other properties might not like honoring a special rate.

Unfortunately, even the best hotels occasionally get bedbugs in their rooms. You're probably as likely to encounter them in the other hotels in the area as you are to encounter them at the same hotel.

Make sure to "sterilize" your bags and belongings before going home so you don't take any hitchhiking bedbugs back with you.
