It is in the middle of the night here, and I just woke up and discovered that my room was infested with bed bugs. Of course the NA immediately transferred me to a different room, but I still feel uncomfortable to stay in a place that is infested with bed bugs.

There is another Ibis and a Novotel in this town; would it be unreasonable to request a transfer to a different property?

I have 5 stays of 4 nights each pending at this property, which I booked during last time's free breakfast promotion, because I always liked this property so much...
