What is confusing is that you mention X and A and those are paid tickets, not tickets using miles.
BTW I'm trying to buy a similar ticket PVG-HKG for June 1 through DL in business class (o) and it doesn't appear to be available.
For DL, but these would be MU codes.
I see exactly what the OP sees.
Dl.COM does show fare classes on these flights of
X for economy
A for first
O for business (though listed in the 'First" column, as that it what it would back as).
I assume these are the MU fare classes for their award buckets.
A/C price the same.
I assume the seatmap is useless. Normally shows all grey when seats are obviously available, but sometimes shows open seats in Y I would not assume the seatmap is any indication of not being booked in F.
