Last time I was in the US, Arby's was using FD terminals with EMV and contactless; but my understanding is Arby's is getting rid of these everywhere to move to magnetic stripe.
The last time I was at Arby's was 2 months ago, and they still had the FD130. I was testing out my ICBC UnionPay card. It actually kept rejecting because the terminal didn't support PBOC, so it was trying to route across the Discover network as an EMV transaction. Eventually they were able to swipe it as a fallback.
