The taxes, i.e. money paid to the government, on a CW flight from the UK to DXB are £150 per passenger, possibly £146 if booked a long time ago
You also pay the (privately-owned) Heathrow Airport £41 in fees for the privilege of using their services, plus another £25 or so if starting in MAN. These should be refunded too.
DXB airport charges amount to AED 120. I don't know whether these go to airport or the government (but the government basically owns the airport) and these should also be refunded at the GBP amount actually paid, with the refund fee being subtracted from the total refund due.
