All of these. As a regular ICN-SFO flyer, my experience has been R is available on Tuesday/Wednesday, but practically never on Fridays and is hit or miss on Thursdays. Weekends are rough to find space as well.

I agree with the above saying you should set some alerts. It's how I get all the flights I want (that I know about in advance) for a good price/award.
