You might have one card that indeed only got 10K the first year. Only the legacy cards have the 10K anniversary bonus which should show in the card's reward and benefit page. If you dont see it there for that particular card, then it is not the legacy card that gets the 10K every year. (There were a few short periods in the past that the 10K disappeared, but apparently it was a system glitch that has been fixed.)
Having fee waived has not been a factor as reported many times on this thread.
