It looks like the flight departed on-time, and the in-air flight time appears to be within the typical time range. There was a ground stop at YYZ during the evening of the 7th which caused gate constraints at the airport. So, seeing as the delay getting to the gate was weather related, I don't see how this flight could be eligible for EU261 compensation.
