Multiple posts by jpdx indicate he/she has stayed at the property several times. In my experience with Hyatt, repeat stays mean a lot in terms of receiving a special upgrade -- in the case of this hotel one of the few rooftop suites.

As one data point, I am at the hotel now. It is is off-season. I booked and paid for (no TSU) a Park Suite. I received a Park Suite.

So I suspect such a request will be a matter of: A) How big a deal you are to this property; B) How big a deal you are to Hyatt in general; C) Whether it's your lucky day.
