If you are ticketing this on BA I advise you to call them today (as soon as the phone lines open) and find out what is going on. Do not accept "it'll be done soon" as an answer, unless they check with the back office that really is being done soon. Impress upon them that you are travelling in two days and this is not a simple ticket.
There is a special queue for interline tickets and yours should be in it.
BA ticketing is pretty terrible, this is all done by hand and things can fail to be ticketed.
I assume you are monitoring your reservation with a tool like My Flights so you will be aware when it is ticketed.
Also, we don't see many people flying from Torokina.

BA can change your ticket now, once one sector is flown (in theory) any oneworld airline can take ownership of it. In reality you are probably stuck with BA or maybe CX/AA/JL/QF. Not sure anyone else can really do rtw tickets.
I misread, though you were being ticketed by BA. Call CX.
