One day, I'll have to share my birthday eve story out on the town in Siem Reap with Chef Mollie and F&B Manager Audrey (now at Sri Lanka Aman). My hangover that next day, my birthday, was legendary...and I didn't leave the property all day. But Mollie made a spectacular rooftop tasting menu dinner to make for a memorable birthday.

They and Sally are all fabulous--and will be missed. Amansara was at its best with them all, I suspect. Though I did hear from a little bird that some of the male replacements were pretty good looking.
