The EasyPak is a 12-coupon booklet that is valid for 1-way travel between specific city pairs. The cost is different for each city pair. The reservations are booked in Y class, so as long as there is a seat, you can have it. You are therefore also entitled to preferred (i.e., blocked) seats. The reservations are fully changeable as well.
The coupons are fully transferable and valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
You can call Horizon to get the cost of the booklet for a given market. I am most familiar with SEA-BOI, which costs $1188 for 12 1-way coupons. In addition to specific city pairs, they also have what they call a "hub" pak that is valid between SEA/PDX/BOI/GEG in any combination. It is a little more expensive than the SEA-BOI pak.
Of course, you do get miles when flying with these coupons.
The last day to purchase is Jan. 31.
